Welcome to ZANZBeauty website terms and conditions. Read carefully before making reservations and transactions. By using this site and / or making reservations and transactions, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth below. Please also read the Privacy Policy on the security of personal information you provide on this site.

Before placing orders and transactions, if you have any questions relating to these terms and conditions, contact our Customer Service team through the Contact Us form. We may change these terms from time to time without prior notice to you. Changes will take effect immediately and will be posted on the site. order products / already check out through this online store, then your order can not be changed in any form.

PRODUCT AND WEBSITE INFORMATION

We always try to display the color of the products as accurately as possible that appear on the website. However, the actual color display you see will depend on your monitor, we can not guarantee that the monitor screen is accurate color will reflect the physical color of the product.

We will ensure that all details, product descriptions and prices appearing on the website are correct and show relevant information. We reserve the right to refuse orders if the product information listed on the website has errors, including price errors and promotions. The price of the product may change without notice.

The amount of goods purchased depends on availability. Because there may be a time span between when the product is ordered and the time when our order is received, the inventory amount of each particular product may change. If the product has been booked out of stock, before we process our order will notify you as soon as possible and you will not be charged.

We are constantly updating our online store. From time to time our online store may provide offline special promotions (which may not be available on our website) or we may offer special discounts online that are not available in offline stores. Some promotions on the website may also not be available to customers in certain areas.

PURCHASE PRODUCT

When you order on our website, we will send you an order notification email. Order delivery will not be done before your payment settlement is done.

Once your order has been received and has started processing, you will not be able to make changes to your order so make sure that everything is correct before clicking the "Place Order" button.

We reserve the right to refuse the order. A rejection or order cancellation may be possible if one of the following points arises:

  • Booking goods that have no stock availability

  • The existence of technical errors on the payment methods available on the website

  • Identification of errors in product information, including price or promotion

If there is a problem with your order, we will contact you. We reserve the right to refuse any order from you at any time.

We will make every effort and make sure to keep detailed information on each of your orders and provide a secure payment method, but if any negligence is not on our part, it may be caused by a third party or caused by your own negligence we can not be responsible for your loss.

PAYMENT AND PAYMENT CONFIRMATION

Payment by bank transfer can be done through internet banking, ATM, or cash deposit. All transactions will be processed in Ringgit Malaysia(RM).

Input your ORDER ID in transfer news, to facilitate the identification of payments. ORDER ID can be found in the email invoice that we sent when you check out.

You must confirm payment to validate your transaction through the Confirm Payment  menu located in the menu at the top right of the website.

The payment is done no later than 24 hours after you order. Through from that order will automatically dicancel. You can repeat the order again when still asking to shop, but we do not guarantee the availability of these products.

SAMPLE / BONUS

Sample / bonus will be provided as long as inventory still exists, and random (in accordance with stock free sample / bonus). There is no specific provision / way of us in getting the sample / bonus.

QUALITY OF GOODS

To keep your satisfaction in shopping, ZANZBeauty always performs quality inspection before all products are delivered to you. Our inspections are:

  • Check the seal condition if any.

  • Check the tightness of the packaging cap.

  • Check the expiration date.

If there is any defect / damage to the goods before we ship, we will not send the goods and you will receive notification from us on this matter. Goods sent are always wrapped securely (for example wrapped in bubble wrap ) and taped notice "FRAGILE" wrapped to maximize the safety of the goods during shipment.

In addition, ZANZBeauty has also provided product information on each product page. Color deviations in photos with genuine physical products may occur. The product may be visible showing the difference in color due to the lighting effect on the photo and this is not considered a product defect.

REFUND POLICY POLICY

General terms of product redemption or return:

  1. The product is in accordance with the moment received, the seal has not been opened (if any), and has not been used.

  2. Maximum redemption / refund requests received by ZANZBeauty MOST 2 days (48 hours)  after the packet was received by the customer (based on the package information from the messenger online reporting system).

  3. Subscriber must send photos of products that want to be returned / exchanged to ZANZBeauty. Photos must clearly show the condition of the goods. A redemption / refund request will be processed once the photo has been received byZANZBeauty . Estimated 1 x 24 hour return / redemption process (excluding holidays) after photo received by ZANZBeauty.

  4. If the product in question the stock is empty, then the customer's money will be refunded 100% in accordance with the nominal invoice.

ZANZBeauty only accepts return / exchange of goods for the following conditions and / or reasons:

  • The received product is different from the product ordered.

  • The product is received in a seriously damaged condition that causes the product no longer feasible to be used, such as a broken bottle or a leakage product of more than 30%.

ZANZBeauty does NOT accept returns / exchanges of goods for the following conditions and / or reasons:

  • Customer dislikes or does not match the product.

  • Updating packaging / product upgrades, difference of content / size / bonus coming from Manufacturer.

  • Cardboard shipping / packing bags received in dented / torn / wet conditions caused by negligence of delivery courier, but goods still in proper condition. What is meant by a condition of use is one or more of the following conditions: 1. Bottle does not break. 2. The bottle cap is still firmly attached. 3. The plastic seal is not torn. 4. Package leaked although the cap / plastic packaging seal is still installed, but the content of the product is still more than 70%.
