WHICH PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

ZANZBeauty using two method of payment which is ‘Cash on Delivery’ and ‘Online Banking’. We have done some research that our customer like using this method because this method is easy for us and customer to get our product. If for people who staying far from our centre shops, they can use online banking to make payment to get our stuff.

‘Cash on Delivery-COD’

Cash on Delivery (COD) is a type of transaction in which receipts makes payment for a good at the time of delivery. If the purchaser does not make payment when the good is delivered, then the good is returned to the seller. The word “cash” has sometimes been replaced with the word “collect” to include transactions by checks, credit cards or debit cards.

Online banking

Online banking as known as internet banking, e-banking or virtual banking, is an electronic payment system that enable customers of a bank or other financial institution to conduct a range of financial transactions through the financial institution website.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

If you are not satisfied with your purchase (damaged during shipment or wrong item/type/shade/etc), you can send it back to us.

• Returns must be made within 14 days from date of purchase.

• Damaged items must be returned together with their original box and receipt.

• Items bought during promotional events (e.g. Anniversary, MyCyberSale or X'MAS) are not eligible for return and exchange.

Kindly inform Customer Service before returning the item otherwise the request will not be processed. 
Your return item will be assigned to a courier of our choosing. 
Please provide the return parcel tracking number for all items.

HOW MUCH IS YOUR DELIVERY FEES?

ZANZBeauty  provides Buy 2 Free Shipping to West Malaysia.

Shipping fee calculation is as below :

• West Malaysia - RM6.80 for all courier service for single item purchased except Taqbin. 

• East Malaysia - RM12 for Poslaju courier service. Free shipping available if you spend RM150 (excludes GST) and above in a single receipt.

We now also provide TaQBin service for those who want to receive their purchase over the weekends or holidays. A flat rate of RM10 shipping fee is applicable in order to use this awesome Japanese courier service. TaQBin is only available in West Malaysia certain area as they have yet to expand their services to regions in East Malaysia.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY PURCHASE?

Our customers call it "Flash Shipping"! 

ZANZBeauty aims to deliver within the time agreed upon when you checkout. Under normal circumstance, you will be able to receive your purchase within 1-3 working days .

However, we are unable to guarantee that all orders will be delivered within the stipulated time frame. Our aim is to have your items shipped out from our warehouse as fast as possible except for some circumstances where unfortunately it is beyond our control for example courier service delays, emergency, or items out of stock.
